Refund and Returns Policy


Items purchased from our 3rd parties, including any framed artworks, canvas artworks or acrylic based prints are non-refundable once an order has been confirmed by them. They are made to order and are classed as ‘tailor made items’, therefore once an order has been initiated for production or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, refunded nor returned, unless faulty or damaged. If you have made an error, please contact us at as soon as possible and we will endeavour to try and cancel your order. Please be aware that we may not be able to complete this in time prior to production or dispatch of your item(s). The policies for these parties can be found on their sites located below:

Loxley Print:

Please make sure, prior to paying for your order, that it is correct and all your personal details, including your delivery address, are spelt correctly and accurately. Problems arising from incomplete or inaccurate details provided by you, the customer, may not be rectifiable.

Unframed Prints and Original artwork

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Unframed prints and original artwork(s) can be returned for a refund within 30 days of receipt as long as they are undamaged, in the original packaging and in a re-sellable condition. Please contact us at to discuss refunding/returning your item(s) prior to returning. We shall not be liable for any costs associated with returning your item(s) and, should they arrive in an unsatisfactory state, namely being un-sellable, then we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book(s)/notebook(s) with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Damaged & Faulty goods

In the event your item(s) has arrived damaged, please send good quality photos of the packaging and the damaged item(s), along with your receipt/proof of purchase. We will contact any 3rd parties on your behalf and endeavour to have a new item(s) sent to you. Please do not get rid of your item(s) until we have confirmed details with the 3rd party involved and emailed you accordingly.

Regarding unframed prints, we will endeavour to replace these at our own cost. Again, please provide good quality photos of packaging and item(s) showing any damage or fault, along with your receipt.

We cannot be held liable for any delays in delivery for your exchanged/replaced item(s). This is outside of our control.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7-14 working days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded nor returned.


We are happy to exchange your unframed print or original artwork within 30 days of sale should you find it does not suit your decor. Exchange should be for the same price of item(s), with any difference in price being rectified prior to the new item(s) being posted, whether this be from us or by you. You may only exchange your item once. We shall not be liable for any postage costs for your new item(s). All returned item(s) must be in a re-sellable condition, in original packaging and be undamaged.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please contact us for postal details. We are based in Basildon, Essex, UK, SS13 1BA.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping and packaging costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We cannot be held liable for any delays caused after your item(s) have been posted.

If you are returning more expensive items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
