Shipping

All shipping costs are for the UK unless otherwise stated. For shipping costs outside of the UK, please email us at Mel@MelNewingArt.co.uk.

We will endeavour to get your item(s) produced, packaged and sent to you within 7-14 days. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at point of sale to confirm postage of your item(s). We are not liable for any delivery delays by couriers or delivery firms, as these are outside of our control. If your item(s) do not arrive within a timely manner after receipt of your confirmation email, please contact as with your details so we can investigate this for you.

Unless your item(s) is shipped using a signed for service, we have no tracking information, only receipt of when your item was posted. Each delivery firm will have their own policy for any item(s) that goes missing or arrive damaged. Please see the Returns & Refunds policy regarding what to do in the unfortunate event that an item is received damaged. Missing items will be investigated with the relevant courier firm and their advice followed accordingly. We will do our best to sort any issues within a timely manner for you.
