Part of my chakra collection, the throat chakra is about speaking your truth.

This chakra is not about hurting people intentionally by being nasty with your words but about communicating what your needs and desires are, regardless of if others like that or not.

This communication is for you.

For your soul.

It can be hard to be truthful at times because maybe you don’t want to upset others or you think your voice isn’t worthy of being heard.

The thing is though, when you speak from the heart you gain so much for your soul that it’s got to be worth it, no?
